Robson Civil Projects has been engaged by Richard Crookes Constructions, on behalf of developer Revelop, to deliver the civil works for the new Chisholm Town Centre, also known as Chisholm Plaza, within the rapidly growing Waterford Estate in the Maitland LGA.
Set to become a key retail destination servicing a catchment of over 30,000 residents, the centre will feature major anchors including Woolworths, Aldi and Dan Murphy’s, alongside more than 50 specialty retailers. The development will play a central role in supporting the expanding local community.
Earthworks and stormwater infrastructure are now well underway, with the project progressing into detail excavation and civil construction phases.
