Robson Civil Projects is currently delivering enabling and civil works for the M1 Twin Service Centres, a major roadside infrastructure development designed to support growing traffic volumes along one of New South Wales’ key transport corridors.
The project involves the concurrent delivery of large-scale bulk earthworks and detailed civil infrastructure across dual sites, supporting the construction of service facilities on both sides of the motorway.
The scope of works includes:
- Bulk earthworks including large-scale cut and fill operations
- Construction of building pads and forecourt areas
- Heavy duty pavement construction for light and heavy vehicles
- Installation of underground services including stormwater, sewer and water
- Surface water management and drainage infrastructure
- Construction of internal road networks and parking facilities
- Coordination with service authorities and multiple contractors
- Staging and site preparation to support concurrent delivery
