Shortland Waters Retirement Living Nearing Completion

Robson’s civil works to provide for 73 new lots at Shortland Waters Retirement Living (Stage 5) are now in the final stages.

This project has consisted of bulk earthworks, construction of a 385 Kilolitre stormwater detention tank, over 1500m2 of retaining walls, 3 contiguous pile walls, service installation, pavements and construction of several bio filtration basins.

Robson are currently completing stage 5B of the works, undertaking pavement and bio filtration basin construction. Stage 5A was handed over in late March and residential builders are now undertaking works in this area.
