As the year draws to a close at Shortland Waters Retirement Living by Aveo, significant strides have been made by our dedicated team.

We’ve been diligently completing a range of tasks, encompassing Bulk Earthworks, Retaining Walls, Stormwater management, Sewer installation, Electrical infrastructure, Concrete construction, and Pavement installation.

This endeavour has not been without its unique challenges, notably limited workspace and the close proximity of existing residences. However, our meticulous approach in crafting detailed staging plans has been instrumental.

Extensive consultations with our client and the existing residents have ensured a construction process that is seamless and considerate to all parties involved.
