The project entailed the construction of over a 150-lot subdivision development completed over 4 stages, including road construction to a portion of Mataram Road adjoining the estate, remediation works along neighbouring boundaries including an existing school carpark, deep sewer reticulation with trenches and a sewer pump station.
Madison Rise Estate will have easy access to schools, shopping centres, Warnervale train station, the pacific motorway, and is in close proximity to nearby beautiful lakes and beaches.

- The client was greatly impressed with Robson’s performance, Robson have been the only contractor engaged on site to complete all 4 stages of the subdivision construction. Stages 1 and 2 (92 lots) are complete, with Robson currently constructing stages 3 and 4 (an additional 67 lots).
- Construction of the deep sewer reticulation with trenches excavated through difficult ground conditions (rock).
- Stage 2 comprised of the construction of a new sewer pump station.
