This project provides the necessary civil works for 120 new housing lots and comprised of bulk full, gravity sewer, sewer pump station, sewer holding tank, water, fire electrical, stormwater, pavements, and S138 upgrade works for Port Stephens Council.

Highlights
- Robson successfully worked in collaboration with Ingenia to construct the project in stages and handover to the builder in a timely fashion.
- Residents were able to move in whilst Robson were still completing other stages allowing Ingenia to progress the development
- Level of planning, collaboration and positive working environment set the job up right for a collaborative approach with all subcontractors onsite.
