Element at Fullerton Cove

Summary

This project provides the necessary civil works for 120 new housing lots and comprised of bulk full, gravity sewer, sewer pump station, sewer holding tank, water, fire electrical, stormwater, pavements, and S138 upgrade works for Port Stephens Council.

Robson was engaged to complete the following scope of works:

Bulk Earthworks
Gravity Sewer
Rising Sewer including 700m underbore
Comms network
Kerb & Gutter
Dry Stack retaining walls
Pavements and Asphalt
Council lead in upgrades and infrastructure
Hunter Water minor works package
Sewer Pump Station
Linemarking and Signage Installation

Highlights

Robson successfully worked in collaboration with Ingenia to construct the project in stages and handover to the builder in a timely fashion.
Residents were able to move in whilst Robson were still completing other stages allowing Ingenia to progress the development
Level of planning, collaboration and positive working environment set the job up right for a collaborative approach with all subcontractors onsite.
