Robson Civil Projects delivered the civil infrastructure package for Cedars at The Vintage, a premium residential subdivision within the renowned Vintage Estate in Pokolbin, NSW.
The project involved the construction of essential subdivision infrastructure to support future residential development for Stevens Group, including road and drainage works, water and sewer reticulation, utility services, and lot regrading. Located adjacent to a high-profile golf course, the works required careful environmental management, innovative construction methodologies, and close coordination with multiple stakeholders to achieve a successful outcome.
