NSW Environmental Protection Licences
The NSW Protection of the Environment Operation Act 1997 requires holders of Environment Protection Licences (EPLs) to make pollution monitoring data required by the EPL publicly available. In addition, parts of the Pollution Incident Response Management Plan associated with the Environment Protection Licence (EPL) must be made publically available. These parts are outlined in the POEO Act under section 153C(a) and clause 98C(1)(h) and (i) or (2)(b) and (c).
Newell Highway Tomingley
The works to be carried out under this Contract consists of the construction of a two-lane highway deviation of Newell Highway (HW17) approximately 8.3km in length. The deviation will be located approximately 1 kilometre to the west of its existing alignment.
The site of the works is located just south of the village of Tomingley in NSW. Tomingley is located on Newell Highway (HW17) approximately 54km south of Dubbo and 66km north of Parkes. The Works are within the Narromine Shire Council local government area.
