Crangan Bay Recognised with 2026 UDIA NSW Award for Excellence in Residential Subdivision

Robson Civil Projects congratulates Scape Properties on Crangan Bay being named the 2026 UDIA NSW Award Winner for Excellence in Residential Subdivision.

As Scape’s first residential community, the award is a significant achievement and recognises the vision, planning and commitment that have shaped Crangan Bay into one of New South Wales’ standout residential developments.

Robson Civil Projects has been proud to partner with Scape throughout the delivery of the development, completing multiple stages and continuing to deliver critical civil infrastructure as the community grows. Our involvement has included the construction of roads, underground services, bulk earthworks and associated civil works that have helped bring the masterplanned community to life.

Located on the shores of Lake Macquarie, Crangan Bay has been designed to create a connected and sustainable community, combining residential living with open space, recreation opportunities and access to key infrastructure. The award reflects the collaborative efforts of the developer, consultants, contractors and project partners who have worked together to deliver a high-quality outcome for future residents.

“We are incredibly proud to have contributed to the success of Crangan Bay and congratulate Scape Properties on this well-deserved industry recognition,” said Robson Civil Projects.

We also extend our congratulations to ADW Johnson and the many consultants, subcontractors and project partners who have played an important role in delivering this award-winning development.

With works continuing across future stages, Robson Civil Projects looks forward to supporting the ongoing growth of the Crangan Bay community and helping deliver the next chapter of this outstanding project.
