At Robson Civil Projects, sustainability isn’t just a target — it’s an integral part of how we deliver on our mission of ‘Proudly building tomorrow’. Every decision we make, every project we deliver, and every partnership we form is guided by our responsibility to our people, our communities, and the planet.

As part of this commitment, we recently hosted a Sustainability Diagnostic workshop facilitated by Michael Ebert through the Sustainability Advantage program. By joining this program, we’re deepening our focus on embedding sustainable practices into every aspect of our operations.

The workshop was an opportunity for our team to reflect on where we are today, identify opportunities for improvement, and set a clear direction for the future. Our sustainability priorities are focused on:

  • Environmental Leadership: Reducing emissions, cutting waste, and transitioning to electric vehicles and renewable energy.

  • Innovation & Efficiency: Delivering low-carbon, cost-effective solutions through smarter design and the use of sustainable materials.

  • People & Communities: Promoting ethical supply chains, supporting workforce diversity, and contributing to community well-being.

  • Governance & Transparency: Aligning with frameworks such as AASB S2 and the Modern Slavery Act to strengthen accountability and ensure long-term, meaningful impact.

We’d like to thank Michael Ebert for guiding us through this valuable session and helping us map out the next steps on our sustainability journey.

Together, we’re building a better, more sustainable future for our industry, our communities, and generations to come.
